Available for Contempo Homeowners/Residents on Weekdays & Weekends

Facility: Large hall with full kitchen (range-oven, refrigerator, sink, and cabinets).
Included: 18 folding tables and 117 folding chairs.
Insurance: Proof of Insurance is required.
Tenants: Need authorization from the Property Owners to rent.
Guidelines: Please review Terms and Conditions. Compliance with Facility Usage Rules and Regulations is strictly required.
