Cabana Reservation

Available for Contempo Homeowners/Residents on Weekdays & Weekends

Facility: Large hall with full kitchen (range-oven, refrigerator, sink, and cabinets).
Included: 18 folding tables and 117 folding chairs.
Insurance: Proof of Insurance is required.
Tenants: Need authorization from the Property Owners to rent.
Guidelines: Please review Terms and Conditions. Compliance with Facility Usage Rules and Regulations is strictly required.

To reserve the cabana, please follow these steps:

Check the calendar below for available dates (blank dates are open, dates marked "Booked" are taken).
Click Download Application to print and fill out your paperwork.
Click Make a Reservation to submit your requested date to the office.
Email your completed application to cabana@contempo-hoa.org, or drop it off at the Contempo office along with your required deposit and rental fee checks.
