Annual Meeting 

2026 Annual Meeting Agenda

The Reconvened Annual Meeting and Election are now scheduled for December 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held online via virtual platform and also in person at the Contempo HOA Cabana, 32500 Meteor Drive, Union City, CA 94587. See the attached Agenda for virtual login and other information.

New Security Cameras

The Association has installed new security cameras and license plate readers around the neighborhood. Click the buttons below to view both the Usage and Privacy Policy as well as the Rules regarding these cameras. 

Contempo Pool Opening

The Community Pool has closed for the season.

2026 was a very successful year at the pool! Many more residents used and enjoyed the pool than in prior years. Keep your eye on this space for pool opening information, which will be posted in April for opening in May of 2027. Each year residents must fill out and submit a new pool application prior to using the facilities.
