Annual Meeting 

60 Day Notice §5115(b)

The Annual Meeting and Election are scheduled for October 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held online via virtual platform and also in person at the Contempo HOA Cabana, 32500 Meteor Drive, Union City, CA 94587. See the attached Notice for virtual login and other information.

New Security Cameras

The Association has installed new security cameras and license plate readers around the neighborhood. Click the buttons below to view both the Usage and Privacy Policy as well as the Rules regarding these cameras.
