Ownership & Shared Costs
Between-Unit Fences: Fences located between two units are owned by the units on both sides. Repair, maintenance, and replacement costs of these fences are equally shared by both units.
Common Area Fences: Fences between individual units and common areas are owned jointly by the units and the HOA. Repair, maintenance, and replacement costs of these fences are equally shared by the units and the HOA.
ACC Approval Required
Please note that changes to a Contempo shared fence require approval of an ACC (Architectural Control Committee) form prior to work starting.
