Garbage & Recycling Policies
Weekly Collection
Weekly collection of household garbage and recycling bins is covered by the property taxes that are paid by each homeowner.
Garbage Cans
Garbage cans may be left out the evening before pick-up day, and must be removed by 9:00 AM the morning after pick-up.
Bulk Pick Up
There is no bulk pick up offered by the HOA. For bulk pick up, please contact Republic Services directly:

Garbage Removal & Dumping Violations
Garbage cans left out anywhere on the Common Area will be removed.
Garbage, personal items (dumped household goods, furniture, mattresses, etc.), or any dumping left out anywhere on the Common Area will be removed by the HOA.
Homeowners will be billed for the costs of any removal.
