Landscaping Guidelines
Common Areas: Landscaping in the common areas belongs entirely to the Contempo HOA.
Approvals Required: No planting or removal of any landscaping is allowed without prior HOA approval.
HOA Rights & Alterations
The HOA reserves the right to remove, change, or alter any landscaping in the common areas as needed.
Homeowners will not be compensated for the costs of any personal landscaping they have planted in the common areas if it is removed.
