Lighting Responsibilities & Reporting
Homeowner Responsibility
Homeowners are responsible for the maintenance and replacement of lights on their front porches and balconies.
HOA Responsibility
The HOA is responsible for the lights in common areas, which includes all lamp posts and exterior security lights.
Amber Street Lights
The amber street lights are OWNED and to be MAINTAINED ONLY by PG&E.
To report an HOA common area light out:
Please contact the HOA Office either by phone or through the website contact page.
*Please identify the outage by providing a close-by address and/or the light pole numbers.
