Parking Guidelines & Tow Policy

Typical reasons vehicles are towed by All Brauns Towing at Contempo
(Not limited to the following list)
  1. Parking along emergency designated spots (red curbs, signage, or roadway markings)
  2. Blocking entrances
  3. Double parking (taking up multiple parking spaces, blocking other vehicles or driveways/street)
  4. Unauthorized parking, such as parking in reserved employee parking spaces
  5. Transport that are not private passenger vehicles (see CC&R - parking spaces are only for private passenger vehicles, 4-wheeled cars)
  6. Parking in front of your garage/fences for more than 30-minutes (enough time for normal loading and unloading purposes)
  7. Abandoned vehicles (expired tags, no license plate on vehicle, cars used as storage, and non-operational vehicles)
  8. Parking on non-sanctioned areas (grass, mulch areas, sidewalk/walkways, etc.)
  9. Leaving vehicle in a Contempo parking space for more than 72-hours
  10. Shuffling or rotating cars
