Planting Policy

Homeowner Additions & Approvals

Homeowners may substitute or add plant life in the area immediately in front of their units, provided they submit a planting plan and receive HOA approval prior to beginning work.

Please note: No existing grass or trees may be removed under any circumstances.

Maintenance Responsibility

Areas modified by the homeowner must be continuously and properly maintained by the homeowner.

If these areas are not maintained properly, the Association will intervene and maintain them at its own discretion. This may include the complete removal of the added plant life.
